Vincent Mpho Phora is the primary support for all of the  ARD’s office administration and finance related functions, with more than 7 years’ experience as an accounting clerk and office administrator. Since joining the Alliance in 2019, Mr Phora has been leading office administration, programmes and logistics support and finance-related tasks. Vincent holds a National Diploma (Financial Management) from the Pretoria Technical College.
